From MovableType

Note: this is a special MediaWiki Template. There is no content to be seen here. What follows are instructions on how to create a Proposal for Movable Type using a standard template that you can later fill in.

Usage

1. Create a new wiki page for your proposal
2. Add the following text into the empty page: {{subst:Proposal}}
3. Save the template
4. Re-edit the entry

This process will submit the wiki formatted MTOS propsal template into your template where you can read and edit.

Then, preview or save your page. The template code will be automatically pulled into your page so that you can edit it.
