Submitting a Proposal

If you have a proposal you want to make, do the following:

1. Please use this proposal template to create the proposal page
2. Add this to the bottom of your proposal to include it in the Active Proposal list: [[Category:MTOS Proposals]]
3. Announce your proposal on the MTOS-dev mailing list
